HOW TO USE CINNAMON OIL?

HOW SHOULD essential oils be stored?

NOTES:

As one of the "harshest" oils, cinnamon oil can irritate the nose if inhaled directly from the bottle or diffuser, and it can also "steam" if it comes into direct contact with the skin (treat this area with a base oil/cream); the unpleasant symptoms subside after some time.

Never spray your ears or eyes with essential oils - if this happens, immediately apply vegetable oil to these areas to dilute the essential oil.
