How do you use lavender oil?

There are three ways to use essential oils:

• Ultrasonic diffuser - spraying diluted oil is recommended for aromatherapy as well as for the treatment of colds and respiratory infections;
• An aromatic bath with a few drops of essential oil is beneficial for mental tension as well as menstrual and muscle pain;
• Apply the oil directly to the skin to relieve skin problems and burns. It is the only essential oil that can be safely applied to the skin without diluting it with a carrier oil (base oil), even on young children. However, due to the intensity of natural essential oils, it is advisable to dilute them with a base oil. This has an even gentler effect on the skin. This principle also applies when using lavender oil—especially when treating burns and skin injuries. The essence should then be as gentle as possible.

How do I store natural lavender oil?

Oilo products are organic, 100% natural essential oils. They should always be stored away from heat sources, as these accelerate the evaporation and oxidation of the oils. However, they do not require low temperatures if used daily. Therefore, the best place for a natural oil is a dark kitchen cupboard, out of reach of children and pets.
