PREPARATION
Boil plenty of water, 4-5 liters for the entire container. There should be enough water for the pasta to flow freely during cooking. Add salt to taste; if desired, add a tablespoon of vegetable oil. Add the pasta slowly to the very boiling water so as not to interrupt the cooking process (bubbling). After adding the entire portion, stir and cook for 9-11 minutes, but for 7-8 minutes until tender (do not exceed the maximum cooking time). Do not stir the pasta during cooking. Drain, add warm water, and enjoy the taste of great pasta.
