Organic 500g spelt pasta

Delicious spaghetti pasta from Alce Nero, made with organic spelt flour. It's a great substitute for pasta made with durum wheat flour. We recommend it, especially with Alce Nero tomato sauces.

Spaghetti pasta is made from spelt, a very ancient wheat variety that was cultivated long before the grain most commonly used today. The spelt flour used to make the pasta is darker in color because the grains are milled whole. This causes the Alce Nero pasta to swell slightly after cooking, making it heavier and therefore more filling. The cooked pasta tastes delicious with a delicate, nutty note. Spelt flour is an excellent source of inulin, which acts as a soluble fiber. This naturally stimulates the digestive system. Spelt flour contains B vitamins and minerals such as zinc, copper, potassium, and traces of iron.

PREPARATION

Cook 100 g of pasta in 1.5 liters of water. Add 15 g of salt to the boil. Cooking time 'al dente': approx. 11 minutes

Once opened, keep the packaging tightly closed and store it in a dry place.
