1/4 flat teaspoon contains:
Glycine - 1000mg (1g)

1/4 flat teaspoon contains:
Glycine - 3000mg (3g)

APPLICATION
Mix 1/4 to 3/4 level teaspoon of powder with a glass of water or juice, preferably between meals, once a day. 1/4 level teaspoon of powder corresponds to 1.25 ml, and 3/4 level teaspoon of powder corresponds to three 1.25 ml doses. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
