Shungite is a mineraloid with a high carbon content. It contains a rare type of carbon molecule, fullerenes, which allow it to act as a natural water filter. Shungite occurs naturally in the Russian region of Karelia. The product's composition has been confirmed by tests at the Central Mining Institute in Katowice.
The striped flint gives the water the taste of a mountain stream. Silica water has bactericidal and antiviral properties. It is saturated with silicon dioxide (SiO2 ₎ , which helps remove toxins from the body. It can help relieve headaches and muscle pain after excessive exercise. INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Use 50 g of shungite for 1 liter of water. Rinse the measured amount several times under running water and pour it into the container. Pour water over it and let it steep for 3 days. After this time, the water is ready to use. Approximately 3 cm of shungite water is unsuitable for consumption due to sediment. When it is used up, add more water. We recommend using two dishes at a time. You can use one serving of shungite for up to 3 months. Rinse it every 2 weeks before adding water to remove any deposits.
