The product contains a mixture of plantain seeds, psyllium seeds, and psyllium husks. Both ingredients

APPLICATION
Pour 2 tablespoons (8 g) into 250 ml of water. Wait 10 minutes, mix, and drink. Use 3 times a day. Do not use overnight.
