APPLICATION
It is recommended to take 7 grams (two teaspoons) twice a day, approximately 30 minutes before a meal. Pour into a glass and add lukewarm water, then wait 5 minutes. When using natural fiber, it is recommended to drink approximately 2 liters of water.
