Preparation:
Pour 1 tablespoon (approx. 1.5 g) of the dried flowers into 200 ml of hot water, cover and let it steep for 30 minutes, then strain.
Drink 1 glass of the infusion once a day.
For optimal effect, take the product systematically.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
