Lemon balm leaf - 2.25 g

Passionflower herb - 1.40 g

Narrow-leaved lavender blossom - 1.40 g

Verbena (Verbena vulgaris) - 1.40 g

Hop cones - 1.20 g

Sweet cherry fruits - 1.20 g

Poppy blossom - 0.15 g

Lemon balm has an optimal relaxing effect, supports mental and physical well-being, and facilitates falling asleep. Passionflower increases the body's resistance to stress and helps promote restful sleep. Lavender has an optimal relaxing effect and promotes healthy sleep. Verbena increases the body's physiological resistance to severe weather conditions. Hops has a calming effect on the nervous system. Corn poppy helps reduce irritability and anxiety and promotes relaxation and sleep.

PREPARATION : Pour 3 teaspoons (3.0 g) of the mixture into a glass (200 ml) of hot water, cover, and let stand for 15 minutes. Drink 3 glasses of the freshly prepared infusion daily before meals.

RECOMMENDED DAILY DOSE: Take an infusion of 3 teaspoons (3.0 g) three times a day. Systematic consumption of the tea produces the best results.
