Preparation and Consumption Recommendation: Add one teaspoon (1.0 g) of the dried herb to a glass (200 ml) of water and boil over low heat for 5 minutes. Let it steep for 30 minutes and then strain. The prepared decoction is consumed in 3 portions throughout the day. Systematic consumption (drinking) of the tea has the best effect.
