xFermented soybeans - Japanese food for thousands of years
Fermented soybeans (natto) are traditionally eaten in Japan. It is produced by fermenting soybeans with the bacterial strain Bacillus subtilis (natto). These bacteria produce the enzyme nattokinase by acting on the soy protein. It does not contain vitamin K.
