METHOD DOSAGE

The capsules should be taken 15-20 minutes before meals with ½ glass of a room-temperature drink (preferably with milk, except in cases of intolerance to dairy products).

You can open the capsule and dissolve the contents in your drink.

Adults and children over 12 years: 3 capsules 2-3 times daily.

Children from 6 to 12 years : 1 capsule 3 times daily.

Children from 3 to 6 years: 1 capsule twice daily.

For optimal effect, it is recommended to take it for 5-6 weeks.
