Precautions:

• Vitamin C overdose is rare, but excessive intake can cause diarrhea, vomiting, abdominal pain, and mood deterioration.

• High doses of vitamin C (>500 mg/day) are not recommended for kidney stones, during pregnancy, or while breastfeeding.

Contraindications:
