DESCRIPTION

Evening primrose oil is extracted from the seeds of the evening primrose plant by cold pressing. It has a delicate flavor and aroma. It can be used to prepare salads and salads, as well as as an accompaniment to cold meat and fish dishes. Evening primrose oil is characterized by its high content of unsaturated fats, including polyunsaturated fats, which include omega-6 fatty acids. Omega-6 acids are linoleic acid (LA) and gamma-linolenic acid (GLA), which are found in evening primrose oil. Linoleic acid helps maintain normal blood cholesterol levels.
