DESCRIPTION :
Myrrh is an essential oil with a rich and interesting history. This humble shrub features in many historical documents dating back nearly 4,000 years. Popular in ancient Egypt, myrrh was used in many cosmetic and healing processes, from embalming mummies to preparing beauty treatments for wealthy women. The Greeks also reveled in the cooling and healing properties of myrrh, using it in fragrance blends and applying it to wounds to reduce inflammation and prevent infection. In modern aromatherapy, myrrh can be used to treat many physical and mental ailments.
COMPOSITION:

100% myrrh oil (Commiphora myrrha).
Naturally Occurring Allergens: Linalool.

APPLICATION :
In the Vaporizer: Place 6 to 8 drops of essential oil in the vaporizer or burner. Inhalation: Place 3 to 5 drops of essential oil in a bowl of very hot water and inhale the vapors for 5 to 10 minutes. (Inhalation only for children over 10 years old.) For massage: Dilute 5 drops of essential oil in 10 ml of carrier oil such as almond oil or jojoba oil. Bath: Add 4 to 6 drops of essential oil per 20 ml of carrier oil. To stir in water.
