dosage
Immediately after meals. Adults and the elderly: 2 capsules twice daily. Children aged 14-18 years: a maximum of 3 capsules per day. The capsules should be swallowed with at least 250 ml of water.

Do not take with a meal high in calcium (e.g. milk, yogurt, cheese, cottage cheese) as this will impair the absorption of omega-3 acids.
The supplement should not be taken by infants, children, or adolescents under 14 years of age.
If you regularly take non-steroidal pain relievers from the NSAID group, including acetylsalicylic acid (e.g., aspirin), anticoagulants, or blood thinners, you should consult your doctor before taking a full dose of MyBestOmega-3.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. This product should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. A healthy lifestyle and a balanced diet are essential for good health.
