Holistic MSM is a dietary supplement containing organic sulfur that has a positive effect on joints and the musculoskeletal system. Thanks to its properties, it supports cartilage regeneration, which directly impacts movement efficiency. Organic sulfur is also a mineral that has a positive effect on the condition of skin and hair, helping to maintain them in good condition. MSM is also involved in several important processes, such as enzyme production, and is a building block of cartilage tissue and involved in the synthesis of proteins (e.g., collagen and keratin).

100% methylsulfonylmethane (organic sulfur). We use OptiMSM.

Contents per daily dose (approx. ½ - 1 teaspoon) :
Methylsulfonylmethane - 2-4 g daily

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
MSM can have a powerful cleansing effect on the body, so you should increase the dosage gradually. For the first week, take 1 g (1/4 teaspoon) daily with 200 ml of water. Then increase the serving by 1 g for each subsequent week, up to 2-4 g per day. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. A dietary supplement cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
