Moringa oleifera ( Moringa oleifera ) is a tropical tree in the Moringa family. It is native to northwest India and Pakistan, but currently also grows in Asia, Africa, and North America. It is an extremely drought-resistant plant. Its very high vitamin and mineral content has allowed it to be included in the group of superfoods, i.e., foods with a high nutrient content.
Moringa is a source of antioxidants; in fact, it's one of the foods that contains an incredibly high amount of them. These antioxidants influence the body's removal of free radicals, protect cells, and can slow the aging process. Moringa is also a source of fatty acids and amino acids; it contains protein and fiber.
It contains vitamins A, E, and B, as well as vitamins and minerals such as sodium, potassium, calcium, magnesium, iron, chromium, and manganese. It also contains omega 3, 6, and 9 fatty acids and is a source of many antioxidants, including chlorophyll and zeatin, which help eliminate free radicals from the body. INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Pour boiling water over moringa leaves. Cover and let steep for about 10 minutes. Drink a freshly prepared infusion twice daily.
