Whey - Natural Drink

The product contains milk protein and milk sugar (lactose). Whey is a natural drink with a fine and balanced taste. Due to its low fat content and high protein content, it is an excellent addition to weight loss and detoxification treatments.

Whey is very important for metabolism - it cleanses the intestines and supports the formation of intestinal microflora. It is also frequently used in cosmetics. It can be used as a bath additive (it regulates the skin's pH and stabilizes the acid protection of the body surface) or as a cosmetic mask (for this, whey is mixed with water to a porridge-like consistency, applied to the face, and rinsed off with water after 15-20 minutes).

The product is not suitable for infants and children under 3 years of age.

Preparation:

Mix 2 tablespoons (20 g) in 200 ml of warm water. When using cold water, use a blender or mixer to avoid lumps. The occasional occurrence of dark, insoluble particles is not a defect.

Storage:

Store at a temperature of up to 24 degrees Celsius and a relative humidity of up to 70%. After opening, it is recommended to seal the bag tightly each time to prevent the mixture from hardening.
