xLiposomal liquid phosphatidylcholine. Liposomes protect nutrients by preventing breakdown by stomach acid and facilitating their transport to cells.
Phosphatidylcholine (lecithin) provides choline, the main component of cell membranes and essential for brain and liver function. In the brain, phosphatidylcholine is a precursor to acetylcholine, an important neurotransmitter involved in cognition and motor coordination. During digestion, phosphatidylcholine is part of the bile complex, which emulsifies fats to facilitate their absorption and the dissolution of nutrients (e.g., vitamins) in fats.
INGREDIENTS
Phosphatidylcholine (from non-GMO soybeans) , water, glycerin, ethanol, vitamin E (as 1000 d-alpha-tocopherol polyethylene glycol succinate).

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:
Take 1 teaspoon orally twice daily, holding in the mouth for 30 seconds before swallowing. Take on an empty stomach at least 10 minutes before a meal.
CONTRAINDICATIONS:
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
Do not use if you are hypersensitive to any of the ingredients. Do not use by pregnant or breastfeeding women or people taking medication.
The product contains alcohol (ethanol).
STORAGE:
Keep refrigerated out of reach of small children. Use within 60 days of opening.
