Micellar solubilization of turmeric ensures rapid absorption and high bioavailability. It is the process of increasing the solubility of a substance. Products in micellar form lipophilic solubilizates, i.e., lipophilic compounds that are insoluble in water. They are pH- and temperature-stable substances with a diameter of approximately 30 nanometers.
