Moya Matcha Tea is a high-quality green tea from Japan. This organic matcha is made from the second and third harvest of freshly ripened leaves. This results in a higher content of chlorophyll and theanine. It is characterized by a robust aroma with a noticeable bitterness and a lighter green hue. Recommended for matcha lattes, smoothies, and as an addition to ice cream or baked goods.

METHOD OF PREPARATION
Pour a teaspoon of matcha tea into a teapot with a little warm water and stir vigorously with a bamboo stirrer until the matcha is completely dissolved and a characteristic thick foam forms on the surface. Then slowly add water to make a serving of about 200 ml. A traditional bamboo chasen or stirrer is best for stirring. Alternatively, you can prepare the matcha with a handy milk frother and replace the traditional bowl with a glass or cup.
The water temperature should be approximately 80°C. This can be achieved using a kettle with a temperature indicator or by setting a regular kettle with boiling water aside for 10 minutes.
Matcha should not be poured over boiling water, as this will cause it to lose some of its nutrients.
