Miaroma Ginger pure essential oil 10 ml HOLLAND & BARRETT

Ginger oil has an energizing and warming aroma. Its warming effect makes it universally suitable for massage. It's also ideal for use in a diffuser when you need a little energy boost.

Ingredients:

Ginger oil (Zingiber Officale).

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:

Use the product for massage, bathing, or vaporizing. For massage: Dilute 5 drops of essential oil in 10 ml of Miaroma base oil. For bathing: Add 4-6 drops of essential oil to warm water and dissolve. Soak for at least 10 minutes to allow the aroma to work.
For external use only. Use in moderation. Do not apply undiluted to the skin.

CONTRAINDICATIONS:

Keep out of reach of children. Avoid contact with eyes. Do not apply to chapped or irritated skin. If hypersensitivity occurs, discontinue use . If pregnant or breastfeeding, consult your doctor before use . Not for internal use. Flammable product. Do not use before sun exposure or tanning.
