1 capsule daily with a meal.

CONTRAINDICATIONS:

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet.

For adults only. Elderly people should frequently check their vitamin B12 status while taking folic acid, as folic acid may mask pernicious anemia. Caution is advised during pregnancy, breastfeeding, planning a pregnancy, or taking medication (especially antiepileptics and chemotherapy).
