Melissa ( Melissa officinalis L.), also known as roundhouse, beekeeper, queen bee, old worm , lemonwort is a perennial species in the Lyme family, wild in North Africa, southern Europe, and central and western Asia. Known for its soothing properties, lemon balm is grown around the world, including in Poland for its mild, lemon-flavored leaves. The hawkmoth is considered by beekeepers and beauticians to be very honey-giving and beneficial plant valued. Lemon balm, used by herbalists for centuries, can help with sleep problems and nausea; Used externally, it can soothe overly oily skin and hair.
INGREDIENTS

PREPARATION
Pour freshly boiled water over the tea bag. Leave for 8-10 minutes.
