INGREDIENTS:

Vitamin B6 (as pyridoxine HCL), melatonin, bulking agent: cellulose, glycerol behenate; stabilizer: calcium phosphates; Carrier: fatty acid (vegetable source); Release agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids (vegetable source) and food grade coating.

USE:

1 tablet 20 to 30 minutes before bedtime

CONTRAINDICATIONS:

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose within the day. Dietary supplements must not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
