DESCRIPTION

Melatonin is secreted primarily at night in the human body, and its highest concentration occurs between midnight and 3 a.m. Nighttime serum melatonin concentration decreases with age, which can be observed in people around the age of 45.
Melatonin helps you fall asleep and has a positive effect on the regulation of sleep phases and their length. Melatonin also strengthens the immune system and has anti-inflammatory properties.
INGREDIENTS

Melatonin, lactose (from milk), carrier: calcium phosphate, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, sodium carboxymethylcellulose and fatty acids, bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose, anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids and silicon dioxide, colors: curcumin and riboflavin.
