Melatonin is secreted primarily at night in the human body, and its highest concentration occurs between midnight and 3 a.m. Nighttime serum melatonin concentration decreases with age, which can be observed in people around the age of 45.
Melatonin helps you fall asleep and has a positive effect on the regulation of sleep phases and their length. Melatonin also strengthens the immune system and has anti-inflammatory properties.

APPLICATION
Take one capsule half an hour before bedtime. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. This product cannot be used as a substitute for a balanced diet.
RECOMMENDED STORAGE CONDITIONS
Store in a dry place at room temperature and out of reach of children. This product is not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women.
