Fish oil is an important component of children's daily diets. In Norway, vitamin D3 supplementation, including cod liver oil, is recommended from 4 weeks of age.
Cod liver oil contains both vitamin D3 and omega-3 fatty acids.

Recommended daily dose
from 2.5 ml to 5 ml
Start dosing with 2.5 ml from 4 weeks of age.
In 2-5 months, increase the dose to 5 ml.
