It has a light cream color, sometimes tea. It crystallizes quite quickly and changes color to light gray or light brown.
It is characterized by a rather strong smell, reminiscent of the smell of wax, and its taste depends on the nectar mixture brought into the hive.
Spring multi-flower honey is made from the entire spring flower bouquet. It has a light cream color and a mild flavor. Depending on where the bees collected it, gourmets can detect the scent of dandelions, raspberry blossoms, or rapeseed blossoms with their sense of smell and palate.
Multi-flower honey contains many simple sugars: glucose and fructose. It is recommended for allergy sufferers, pollen allergy sufferers, and people with hay fever. This honey is non-sensitizing.
Its healing properties depend on the plants from which the bees collect the nectar. It is especially recommended for the prevention of allergic diseases because it contains pollen that acts as antigens.
The technique for producing creamy honey involves mechanically mixing freshly harvested pathoka from bees until crystallization occurs. Stirring prevents the formation of coarse sugar crystals in the barley, preventing the honey from crystallizing hard. It should be noted that nothing is added to or removed from the honey during this process.
