Multi-flower honey . As the name suggests, this honey comes from nectar collected by bees from various plants grown in meadows, forests, and lowlands, including the mountains. It has a light cream color, sometimes tea-like. It crystallizes quite quickly, turning light gray or light brown. It has a rather strong odor reminiscent of wax, and its flavor depends on the nectar mixture brought into the hive. Its medicinal value depends on the plants from which the bees collected the nectar. Multi-flower honey is particularly suitable for combating allergic diseases because it contains pollen, which acts as antigens.
