Multifloral honey
As the name suggests, this honey comes from nectar collected by bees from various plants cultivated and growing in meadows, forests, plains, and mountains. It has a light cream color, sometimes tea-like. It crystallizes quite quickly and turns light gray or light brown. It is characterized by a rather strong odor reminiscent of wax, and its flavor depends on the nectar mixture brought into the hive. Its medicinal value depends on the plants from which the bees collected nectar. Flower honey is particularly suitable for combating allergic diseases because it contains pollen, which acts as antigens.
