DESCRIPTION:

INGREDIENTS:

Iron(II) diglycinate (iron), L-cysteine, L-methionine, zinc picolinate (zinc), nettle leaf extract (Urtica dioica ) 20:1, bamboo shoot extract standardized to a content of at least 70% silica, extract from the fruit of the sabal palm (Serenoa repens ), standardized to at least 45% fatty acids, copper gluconate (copper), calcium D-pantothenate (vitamin B5), L-selenomethionine (selenium), methylcobalamin (vitamin B12), D-biotin (biotin).

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:

Take 1 capsule once daily. Swallow after the first meal and wash down with plenty of water.
