MCT Nut Vanilla Oil contains medium-chain triglycerides (MCTs) – fats that occur naturally in coconut and palm oils. They are easier and faster to digest than other types of fat. MCTs are absorbed directly into the blood vessels and are completely metabolized by the liver. They begin to break down in the mouth, and their complete breakdown occurs quickly and does not require much energy.
