Odorless liquid MCT oil
Medium-chain triglycerides (MCTs) are naturally occurring fats found in coconut and palm oils. They are easier and faster to digest than other types of fat. MCTs are easily absorbed from the gastrointestinal tract and rapidly metabolized by the liver, where they promote the use of fat for storage instead of energy.

Medium-chain triglycerides of fatty acids (MCT).

Calories - 50 kcal
Total fat content - 7 g
- including saturated fatty acids - 7 g
MCT oil (medium-chain triglycerides) (coconut oil/palm kernel oil) [50% caprylic acid (C8) and 30% capric acid (C10)] - 7 g

NET WEIGHT: 473 ml

APPLICATION
1/2 tbsp (7.5 ml) daily.
MCT oil can also be used as a substitute for conventional oils in salad dressings, sauces, or as a source of beneficial fatty acids in cooking. Not recommended for frying at low boiling points.

CONTRAINDICATIONS
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
For adults only. MCT oil may cause gastrointestinal problems. To reduce these effects, consume the product with a meal.
