Matcha is a Japanese powdered green tea. It is made from the leaves of shrubs that provide shade from the sun. This cultivation method makes the tea more aromatic and sweeter in flavor. You can make a matcha latte, which can be consumed as a coffee substitute. INGREDIENTS
100% ground green matcha tea.

APPLICATION
Pour 3 g (a flat spoonful) into a glass. Add 150-200 ml of boiled water at a temperature of 70-85°C. Stir vigorously until the powder dissolves and forms a foam. Matcha tea can also be added to smoothies and desserts.
