It is my pleasure to invite you into a world where the heart is our compass, leading us to happiness and fulfillment. My latest album Mariposa "O! Love..." consists of 15 songs that take the listener on a journey through freedom, love, joy, gratitude, and forgiveness. Each song is a reflection on how the heart, full of feelings and sensations, allows us to truly connect - not just with ourselves, but also with others.

Musically, the album is a 'mini-orchestra' that I created myself by combining numerous vocal layers and the various instruments I play. Inspired by the work and teachings of my mentor Bobby McFerrin, I created the album based on the Circle Singing technique—a spontaneously improvising choir that I have been representing for years. It is thanks to this technique that the album is vibrant and each composition is a unique expression of creative freedom.

Why positive thinking?

Positive thinking is the art of focusing on what is beautiful and brings joy. In this way, we open ourselves to an energy that fills us with strength and enthusiasm. It is a skill that can be developed and leads to happiness and fulfillment.

Positive thinking alone is not enough. Emotions are also crucial, giving us the feeling that what we desire has already occurred - thus we attract experiences that give us more of it. This works on the principle of 'like attracts like' - the more we think about happiness, the more we feel it, and the more happy and satisfying situations come our way.

Joy opens our hearts and senses, making us more attentive, curious, and open. Suddenly, we see that the world can be a good place, full of valuable experiences. This is something that can be learned. Even if it seems impossible now, it's worth a try.

The first step? Start by observing your thoughts. Write down on a piece of paper what you think about yourself, love, fulfillment, money, family, or work. If you have negative thoughts, consider where they come from and whether you can change anything. Sometimes the key to change is to let go of what does not serve us, because we can only change the outside world if we change ourselves.

Do not expect others to change for you - change yourself, and you will see how the world around you begins to change.
