Application: Consume three times daily:
a)
as a spice, i.e. crushed / ground milk thistle fruits for adding to all kinds of dishes
or
b) As a decoction, i.e., crush or grind the fruit. Then pour 1 teaspoon of the product into 1 cup of hot water and slowly heat to a boil. Cover and simmer gently for 5-10 minutes.
Set aside for 15 minutes and strain.
