Milk thistle is widely valued for its unique properties:
- contains silymarin – 100 g of the product contains 426 mg silymarin;
- has a high protein content;
- has a high fiber content.
Finely ground milk thistle is the basis of many kitchen inspirations and is used as:
- as a side dish to dishes (soups, stews, vegetable-based dishes);
- as a side dish to salads, omelettes, for breakfast cereals (porridge, muesli);
