Manuka honey is a product that originates exclusively from New Zealand. Its name comes from the Maori language and means "tea tree honey." It is a homogenous honey made from the nectar of plants of the genus Leptospermum scoparium. It has a characteristic taste: slightly bitter and earthy. It contains many active ingredients. INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
It is recommended to consume Manuka honey in the morning on an empty stomach in an amount of 2-3 teaspoons, or 1 teaspoon 2-3 times a day, half an hour before meals. Do not dissolve honey in boiling water. It is not recommended for children under 12 months and people allergic to pollen and bee products.
This product cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet. A balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are essential for the proper functioning of the body. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
