Magnesium oil spray

COMPOSITION:

Concentrated solution of magnesium chloride hexahydrate Zechstein Inside® (water, magnesium chloride hexahydrate - concentration 28%), grape seed oil, polysorbate 20, essential oils: bergamot oil, Roman chamomile, clary sage.
10 sprays deliver at least 180 mg of optimally absorbed magnesium.

APPLICATION :

Spray on body and massage well into the skin. Perfect after bath or before bed. For best results, apply the oil to cleansed skin. Apply to any part of the body as needed, avoiding broken skin and sensitive areas such as eyes. Suitable for children aged 12 and over. For nocturnal cramps or restless legs syndrome (RLS), apply directly to the problem area (often on the calf or feet) and massage in well. Can be used in combination with BetterYou Magnesium Flakes.
