Magnesium oil contains magnesium chloride, which is one of the best topical forms of magnesium.

INGREDIENTS:

Concentrated magnesium chloride from seawater.

Contains 200 mg magnesium per 10 sprays.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:

Apply 10 sprays to the skin and massage in well until absorbed. The initial burn should go away with absorption. If necessary, rinse well after 20-30 minutes and apply a moisturizer.
