PREPARATION FEATURES :

INGREDIENTS:
Magnesium chloride hexahydrate (47% MgCl2 concentration).
1 kg of magnesium flakes contains 120g of pure magnesium.

Other ingredients: Lavender oil (Lavandula angustifolia), chamomile flower oil (Anthemis nobilis), linalool.

APPLICATION :
Foot bath: Dissolve approximately 150 g of magnesium flakes in warm water (approx. 5 liters) and relax for 20 minutes or longer.
Body bath: Dissolve approximately 250 g of magnesium flakes in warm water and relax for 20 minutes or longer.
2-3 magnesium baths per week are recommended.
