The magnesium bath relaxes muscles and joints, regenerates and rejuvenates the skin, and provides your body with the best and most rapidly absorbed magnesium. PREPARATION FEATURES :

INGREDIENTS:
Magnesium chloride hexahydrate (concentration 47% MgCl2).
1 kg of magnesium flakes contains 120 g of pure magnesium.
Other ingredients: Lemon peel citrus oil, rosemary oil (Rosmarinus officinalis), limonene, citral.

APPLICATION :
Foot bath: Dissolve approx. 150 g of magnesium flakes in warm water (approx. 5 liters) and relax for 20 minutes or longer.
Body bath: Dissolve approximately 250 g of magnesium flakes in warm water and relax for 20 minutes or longer.
2-3 magnesium baths per week are recommended.

The shelf life of this product is 1 year from the day the package is opened.
