Magnesium (magnesium salts of citric acid), capsule shell (filler: vegetable cellulose); anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids (vegetable).

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:
Take 1 capsule 1-2 times daily with or without food. You can take 2 capsules at once or in divided portions.
CONTRAINDICATIONS:
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements cannot be used as a substitute (replacement) for a varied diet. Magnesium may have a laxative effect. If symptoms occur, divide the dose, reduce intake, or discontinue use of the product.
During pregnancy and breastfeeding, consult a doctor or pharmacist before use .
STORAGE:
Store in a dry and cool place out of reach of small children.
