INGREDIENTS:

USAGE INSTRUCTIONS:

- Bath: Add 250 g of magnesium flakes (about 2 cups) to the bathtub. Relax for 20 minutes.
- Foot bath: Add 150 g of magnesium flakes (approx. 1 cup) to 5 liters of water, so that your feet are covered. Sit down and relax for 20 minutes.
It is recommended to use the magnesium bath 2-3 times per week. Your skin will become pleasantly smooth and supple.
