DIRECTIONS : Use two (2) tablets daily, preferably with a meal.
Ingredients: Magnesium oxide (magnesium), zinc gluconate (zinc), dicalcium phosphate Iic, vegetable cellulose, magnesium salts of fatty acids, calcium silicate, vegetable stearic acid.
The product does not contain: artificial flavors, sweeteners, preservatives, sugar, soy, starch, milk, lactose, gluten, wheat, yeast, sodium.
Note: Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
