Magnesium+B6 Active is a combination of bioavailable, organic magnesium and the active form of vitamin B6 in the form of pyridoxal-5-phosphate (P-5-P). Magnesium and vitamin B6 contribute to the proper functioning of the nervous system, the maintenance of normal psychological functions, and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Furthermore, magnesium contributes to normal muscle function and the maintenance of electrolyte balance. Vitamin B6 contributes to normal red blood cell production, the normal functioning of the immune system, and the maintenance of normal energy metabolism.

Recommended daily dose to achieve the product's beneficial effects: Take 3 capsules daily with a meal. Wash down with 250 ml of water. The recommended daily dose is 3 capsules.
