PREPARATION contains magnesium in the form of 100% amino acid chelate. Amino acid chelates are characterized by high absorption; because of their low molecular weight, they are small enough to easily penetrate the intestinal wall. They are characterized by stability, which is maintained in all pH ranges encountered during the digestive process, and neutrality – amino acid chelates are neutral and therefore do not react with other food components, e.g., phytins, vitamin E, vitamin C, and B vitamins.
Magnesium is an element involved in the proper functioning of the nervous system and the maintenance of energy metabolism. It therefore contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. It also acts as a neurotransmitter, influences electrolyte balance, and is involved in protein synthesis. INGREDIENTS
Magnesium, fillers: microcrystalline cellulose, glazing agent: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, glycerin (from palm kernel oil and coconut oil), anti-caking agent: vegetable magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide, vegetable gum, colorant: titanium dioxide.

Amount per daily dose (4 tablets):
Magnesium (magnesium bisglycinate*, magnesium oxide) - 400 mg

APPLICATION
1 to 4 tablets daily
Best taken with a meal or as directed.
